M.Video-Eldorado Group CEO Alexander Izosimov increases stake in the company

PJSC M.video (M.Video-Eldorado Group, M.Video-Eldorado, the Company, or the Group; MOEX: MVID),  Russia’s leading e-commerce and consumer electronics retailer and part of the SAFMAR Group owned by Mikhail Gutseriev, announces that Alexander Izosimov has increased his ownership in the company from 0.1279% to 0.3173%. This increase in ownership took place as part of the Group’s long-term management incentive program, which was approved by the Board of Directors.
