M.video Board approved the financial advisor of the Board and ad-hoc (temporary) Special committee

PJSC “M.video” (RTS, MICEX: MVID), Russia’s largest consumer electronics retailer by revenue, announced today that at the meeting held on March 22, 2017 the Board of directors of M.video among others resolutions, made a decision on the appointment of the Renaissance Capital, IB as the financial advisor of the Board of directors of the Company and its Special ad-hoc committee in the light of the potential receipt by the Company of the Voluntary tender offer. The Resolution was made following the recommendation of the ad-hoc (temporary) Special committee.
